Uriel Baruch’s chocolate balls


1 sleeve of rich tea biscuits (250 grams/2 cups crumbled)
¼ cup + 3 Tbsp margarine/butter
½ cup sugar
1 cup water/milk
¼ cup cocoa
coconut flakes


Put cocoa, sugar, margarine and water in a pot and bring to a boil. While mixing, pour over the crushed tea biscuits and mix. Make balls and dip in coconut.

Uriel, married to Rachel and father of two small children. Uriel is the kind of person you connect with straight away, he has infinite happiness and a smile that never leaves his face. Uriel believes in taking advantage of every moment in life, a man of smile, laughter and optimism. Loves adventures and parties, and even met his wife at a party while they were dancing.

Uriel's children are waiting for dad to come back and play soccer with them, the family is waiting to sit and laugh with him, the friends are waiting to go to another party and dance with him all night. Uriel was kidnapped from the party in Re’im. He was at a party with a friend, who was murdered. Only after three weeks of uncertainty did the family receive confirmation that he had been abducted.
