Ingredients
100 grams dark chocolate (½ cup of chocolate chips) (you can also use half milk chocolate and half bitter chocolate)
½ cup milk
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp of sugar
2 cups of sweet tea biscuits crushed
For coating – chocolate (milk or bittersweet)
Decoration – wooden sticks, coconut, candies or caramelized nuts
Preparation
Melt chocolate, milk, butter and sugar together. Can be melted in a microwave or bain-marie. Add biscuit crumbs, mix to obtain a uniform mixture and put in the refrigerator.
When the mixture is stable, roll balls of the desired size. Stick a stick in each ball and put in the freezer for an hour.
Melt milk chocolate, dip each ball in chocolate, lightly shake off excess chocolate and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Immediately after dipping, decorate. Keep refrigerated.
