Ingredients
100 grams of frozen chocolate cubes (to create the soft core)
300 grams of chocolate
200 grams of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cocoa
5 stirred eggs
Half a cup of self-raising flour
Preparation
Mix the chocolate, butter, sugar and cocoa. Add the eggs and flour until the mixture is uniform. Pour half the height of the batter into each cupcake liner and place a cube of frozen chocolate. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
