1 kg of ready puff pastry
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
Cinnamon (optional)
Mix the brown sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. sprinkle on the dough. Roll the dough inward to the middle of the leaf and also from the other side roll to the middle.
Pin the two rolls together and cut into cm thick cookies. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.

Itzik is the father of Yarden, Asaf, Omer and Ilay and the grandfather of Mia and Roni. He likes the sea, beer, good food and music.
Itzik has a young soul, is young in appearance and so is his outlook on life.
He traveled with friends to dance and listen to music at the Nova Festival. Everyone who was with him in the car he was driving when they evacuated the party because of missiles was murdered.
Itzik's phone was located in the Gaza Strip. Since the seventh of October no sign of life has been received from him, and it is not known what happened to him. The location of the phone is the only information that indicates its abduction.
Itzik is an amazing grandfather, who takes grandchildren to plays and to the park, who climbs and plays in the playground, who eats bubblegum ice cream, the flavor that he and Mia like the most.
Itzik's family is waiting for him to come back, to eat with them Iris' food that he loves so much and the cookies that he loves the most.
