Ingredients
8 eggs separated
A cup and a quarter of sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
Half a cup of oil
A glass of real squeezed orange juice
Orange zest
Two and a half cups of Osem flour
Baking powder
Preparation
Whip the egg whites, and when foam begins to form, gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
When the foam is stable, reduce the speed and add the egg yolks, the oil, the orange juice and the orange zest. Then add the flour and baking powder.
Transfer the mixture to a pan and bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for an hour and a quarter. Can be served with powdered sugar or syrup on top.
